OLIMP ZMA is a product containing a unique system of elements – zinc and magnesium - chelated with amino acids, and vitamin B6. It is a natural non-steroid anabolic and antioxidant formula. Recommended Use
- 3 capsules daily - men, 2 capsules daily - women - 30-60 minutes before going to bed (at best on an empty stomach). The product should not be combined with food containing any compounds of calcium which is a natural zinc antagonist. The use of an additional dose (2-3 capsule) of OLIMP ZMATM is recommended during a very intense and heavy workout ca. 1 before the training session.
